Congratulations, Samantha Dos Santos, on Being Named Partner
Plaxen Adler Muncy, P.A. is excited to announce that Samantha Dos Santos has been named Partner. Ms. Dos Santos joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate after completing a Judicial Clerkship in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, and has been a zealous advocate for our clients and the legal community ever since. She represents the catastrophically injured in cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, unsafe properties, defective products, sexual abuse, and more. She also helps families pursue justice through wrongful death claims.

Ms. Dos Santos is admitted to practice in Maryland, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She has been named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Maryland and D.C. and was named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 in Maryland.
About Samantha Dos Santos’ contributions to the Maryland State Bar Association
Samantha Dos Santos was recently selected to be a Maryland Bar Foundation Fellow, an honor reserved for Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) members who have demonstrated “outstanding direction and contribution to maintaining the honor and integrity of the legal profession, the improvement and facilitation of the administration of justice, the work of the organized Bar of Maryland and civic leadership.” Between 2021 and 2022, she participated in the Leadership Academy as a Fellow, and was then appointed to the Leadership Academy Committee for the 2022-2024 term.
Ms. Dos Santos was recently appointed to the Board of Governors for MSBA for the 2024-2026 term to begin in June 2024.
A popular presenter and sought-after writer, Ms. Dos Santos has contributed to multiple publications and conferences. She has been Faculty for the MSBA Legal Summit for three years in a row (including this year in June 2024), presenting on topics related to pre-litigation and litigation of personal injury cases and how to utilize public information requests. Her work includes:
