Bruce M. Plaxen

Bruce M. Plaxen has been named to the Super Lawyers list for 19 consecutive years (2007–2025) and included in the Top 100: Maryland Super Lawyers list annually since 2020. In addition to Super Lawyers, Bruce has received recognition from The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell. He has also earned numerous accolades from the Maryland Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice (AAJ), where he currently serves as President-Elect, and will become President in July 2025. David A. Muncy

David A. Muncy was recognized by Super Lawyers in 2024 and 2025, following seven consecutive years (2017–2023) of being named to the Rising Stars list. He has also been included in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 and was named to The Daily Record’s “20 in Their Twenties” in 2015. David served as the President of the Maryland Association for Justice for the 2023-2024 term, and currently serves as the Immediate Past President of MAJ. David also holds a 10/10 “Superb” rating on Avvo.

Joshua A. Plaxen

Joshua A. Plaxen has been honored by Super Lawyers Rising Stars for seven consecutive years (2019–2025). A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, Joshua was inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society for finishing in the top 10% of his class.

Samantha Dos Santos

Samantha Dos Santos has been recognized on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for three consecutive years (2023–2025). In addition to this recognition, Samantha is currently serving on the Board of Governors and Leadership Academy Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association and frequently presents and writes on topics related to litigation and pre-litigation investigation of cases.
