Plaxen Adler Muncy, P.A. Attorneys Recognized by Maryland Super Lawyers and Rising Stars for 2024

Plaxen Adler Muncy, P.A. is proud to announce that all of our attorneys were selected for inclusion in the 2024 Maryland Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists! Bruce Plaxen was also named to the Top 100 list once again this year.

Super Lawyers is an objective ratings service that creates an annual list of “outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.” Its annual lists highlight the work of attorneys across the country, practicing in a wide array of legal areas. Only 5% of all eligible attorneys will be named to the annual Super Lawyers list in their region. Rising Stars, which recognizes lawyers who have been in practice up to 10 years and/or who are under the age of 40, limits its inclusion to 2.5% of all eligible attorneys.

Lawyers cannot purchase a position on the Super Lawyers or Rising Stars list, and inclusion one year does not automatically guarantee inclusion the next.

Bruce M. Plaxen. Bruce Plaxen has been recognized by Super Lawyers for the last 18 consecutive years (2007-2024) and has been named to the Top 100: Maryland Super Lawyers list every year since 2020. In addition to Super Lawyers, Mr. Plaxen has also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. David A. Muncy. David Muncy has been recognized by Super Lawyers in 2024; he was previously recognized by Rising Stars for seven consecutive years (2017-2023). Mr. Muncy has also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40, and was named to The Daily Record’s list of “20 in Their Twenties” in 2015. He is the current President of the Maryland Association for Justice and is rated 10/10 “Superb” on Avvo.

Joshua A. Plaxen. Joshua Plaxen has been recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Stars for six consecutive years (2019-2024). Mr. Plaxen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2012. He was also inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society for finishing in the top ten percent of his class.

Samantha Dos Santos. Samantha Dos Santos has been recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Stars for two consecutive years (2023-2024). Ms. Dos Santos has also been recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Stars for the District of Columbia (2023) and by The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2023).
